It’s one taxidermists’s method of applying synthetic materials to double as deer velvet on an antler.

This process looks to involve static electricity, pulling the fibers from one element to the other with the antler, covered in a sticky substance, in between. The device is likely an electrostatic flocking machine, used in different mediums with fibers like cotton or polyester.
Looks like this guy has discovered a use for it the inventors probably never counted on.
He said in the video’s description that it was done “for a taxidermist in Minnesota.” There were more photos in the comments.
Leave it to sportsmen to put their insight towards innovation and come up with cool new ways to appreciate the outdoors.
