“We stopped for a sunset photo on a brisk fall evening,” says Birmingham. “When we got out to get the sunset photo we could hear an elk bugling very close. So we quickly loaded up and backed up till we found him. He was in the perfect spot for a silhouette of himself while bugling with the sunset in the background.”
