I love blue cheese salad dressing. The cheese itself is alright, but I put the salad dressing on everything. When I found a variation of this recipe that made a blue cheese cream sauce to be served over seared venison, I knew I had to try it. Yeah, it’s seriously great. The finished product absolutely compliments the stronger taste of the venison, but it doesn’t overpower it. However, if you love blue cheese, you’re going to love this.
I am by no means a professional cook. I love wild game and coming up with different recipes that really bring out the flavors. If you’re feeling a little adventurous, give this a shot. If you’re more of a fan of ranch, then I guess just scrap the whole thing, open a bottle of ranch and use it as a dipping sauce. Trust me, though, you’re missing out.
